Answer: Thickness only relates to a measure of quantity never a measure of the quality of the board. Please refer to the AC rating of the board. Well made 8 ml boards will outperform poorly made 12 ml boards.

Answer: The Europeon manufacturers for years have been rated number one in the world, it is their standards that the world follows. Many companies have products made from off-shore countries packaged in their name but beware, made for a company and made by a company are usually two distinctive quality differences.
What does may warranty emply?

What happens if my floor is not level?

Initially the manufacturer measures all the raw material products used in manufacturing and this is referrred to as total weight. The measure of the yarn on completion is called the face weight. Many stores tell you the highest number in an effort to convince you more is better. Poorly made 50 ounce broadloom will not perform as well as a well made 38 ounce carpet. Beware!
Does the yarn the carpet is made of make any difference?
Answer: Yarn manufacturers are very agressively advertising certain brands that we would recognize. Be careful each yarn has a different property and we as consumers should research each yarn prior to purchasing. Make certain your yarn will perfom to your expectations.
Polyester, Nylon, Olefin, Polypropylene which do I choose?
Answer: Ask the salesrepresenative for a demonstation on the properties in the store. Any well made product will perfom in certain situations. Each yarn has a benefit just make certain you are getting what you want or more importantly need!
How long should I have to wait for carpet to be installed?
