They are fully insured with their own insurance plus the industry standards from Workmans Safety Board (W.S.I.B). Beware of stores where you pay the installer directly since the final price is never really final. Our guaranteed price is confirmed on your sales agreement, you pay no more ever.
We offer full service installations from moving of your furniture to lifting and disposing of your existing flooring. Please ask the sales representative for a firm quotation upon your complimentary measure.
Our installers guarantee their installations for a period of six months from original installation. In most situations of in-stock flooring selections we can guarantee next day installation.
Our installers are very punctual. Please make certain if you are using some cost saving methods to bring down the installation portion that your work has been completed prior to their arrival.. Additional charges will occur if the site is not as we both agreed.
Please remember we are the only carpet store that does not take any deposit. You only pay us when the job has been completed. This means we have total confidence in our installers.
