Installation
The most stressful time for any household come during the installation stage. Moving furniture, lifting your old flooring, and preparing your floors can be a hassle if you are not one of our installers. Carpet and vinyl has changed over the years, however, with over forty years individually, our installers will satisfy your demands. We are so very confident that we can please you; just give us a try.
Product Selection:
Ask one of our lower pressure Sales Associates for a larger sample to view for flooring needs. We have attempted to duplicate most lighting conditions; however, on site is always the best place to choose color. We would be pleased to give you an actual cutting from the roll you have selected, should you choose from our large inventory. Special order merchandise usually arrives within seven business days and actual cuttings off the roll can be arranged. We do have accesses to many other manufactures, so do not hesitate to ask if you have seen something elsewhere.
Pricing:
We have shopped many of the manufactures and have carefully chosen or suppliers; sometimes not just for the price, but also for quality, long term warranties, and the most importantly the best value for your purchasing dollar. Our pricing is for product only, unless noted. Installation and underpad usually range from $1.00 per sq.ft. Combined. Our policy regarding meeting the competitions’ price is, if the same product is sold elsewhere, we should be at least 10% less. We invite you to shop around however, on some of our sale products beware they do not last long!
How can I save more money ?
Simple, the more work you do for the installer before he arrives, the less we have to charge you. Extra changes apply for moving furniture, lifting existing flooring and disposal. The more you do, the more you save. Taking home your own laminate flooring can save you as much as 10% on the installation cost; this way the installer has less work and then when they arrive they can get to right work.
What are my guarantees?
Well, that’s a difficult question. We have never had to go back to any manufacturers and test the quality warranties. The installation warranties are 1 year from the date of installation. The product warranties are listed on your bill of sale or on the merchandize itself. Make certain that manufacturer has been around for at least the length of the warranty. Even some of the best companies can go under, where is Eatons’ now?
How do I pay ?
We have so much confidence in our installers all we do is ask you to pay them upon completion. There’s right, no deposits, no credit agreements, just old fashioned trust. Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card and old fashioned cheques are accepted. Most importantly cash does not make a difference. The tax man would take me always and visiting hours are limited, so I do not want to sleep in any bed expect my own.
How do I know how much I need ?
Well, if you can bring in the measurement, we do offer complimentary measures once a product has been selected.
How fast can I have it installed ?
Most carpet is in stock in our attached warehouse, this enables us to install usually within 48 hours. Should you select a custom order product the total waiting time should not exceed 10 business days.
